Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

- ✓It should be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and included items.
Unboxing Video Required
Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video when you receive your order. This video is required if you need to report a damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective product. It helps us verify the issue and process your return request quickly.
Return requests related to such issues may not be approved without an unboxing video.
Return Shipping
WoodyTales will bear the return shipping cost. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange the pickup at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
After the returned product has been successfully picked up, your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
